Every shortlisted supplier quotes on the approved Procurement Brief. For high-value purchases we can run a sealed digital tender on an independent platform.
Original quotations and a normalized commercial comparison
We negotiate price, payment terms, lead time and quality commitments on your behalf, and log every round so you can see how the final offer was reached.

We arrange factory audits, sample checks, laboratory tests and pre-shipment inspections with independent or buyer-selected partners.

After the order is placed, we follow production, documents and quality until your goods are loaded, and report any deviation as soon as we see it.

Before any price
A buyer may write: “I need aluminium cookware handles.” We do not start collecting prices from that sentence. We first write a Procurement Brief with you, and you approve it.
Every supplier then quotes on the same brief. That is what makes the comparison fair, and what lets you hold the winning supplier to it.
For large purchases
For high-value purchases we can propose a sealed digital tender on an independent e-tender platform instead of one-to-one negotiation. We manage the process, but we do not run the bidding, so we cannot influence the result.
