SourceAC is an independent sourcing and procurement business based in Silivri, Istanbul, Türkiye. For any question about your personal data, email info@source-ac.com.

What we collect

When you send a request through the Ask SourceAC form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, country, work email, phone number if you give it, product and quantity information, any file you attach and your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your request, discuss your sourcing project and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with suppliers or other third parties without your agreement, apart from the service providers named below.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which processes data in the United States. We also keep your request in our email and business systems while we work on it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own website.

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or the UK, you can:
